Body Talk

BodyTalk is a consciousness-based healthcare system that balances accumulated stress and resulting disease within the bodymind.Reconnecting these lines of communication enables the body's internal mechanisms to function at optimal levels, thus allowing the body to repair and prevent disease while rapidly accelerating the healing process.

 

Your body is designed to heal itself. When all parts and systems of the body communicate with each other, healing happens naturally, which is shown by the healing process that occurs when we cut our finger. However, the stresses of everyday life can cause communication breakdowns, which result in discomfort and disease. BodyTalk works by identifying these breakdowns and using a light tapping technique to restore overall communication, thus helping the body heal itself.

Why I Get BodyTalk Sessions:

I continue to receiveBodyTalk sessions to help manage the stresses of everyday life.  BodyTalk helps me feel more relaxed, confident, and comfortable in my own skin.  It allows me to be more productive and efficient by increasing my ability to focus on the task at hand.  Sessions have helped me perform better on exams, interviews, and in sports, while also helping recover quickly from injuries, headaches, and colds, which I have noticed occur very rarely since learning BodyTalk Access.

 

BodyTalk has exponentially increased my body awareness and has allowed me to understand what my symptoms are telling me.  Sessions give me insight and understanding as to what issues are affecting my body. BodyTalk allows me to be proactive with my health and keeps me feeling happy and healthy!

 

Since I started receiving BodyTalk sessions, I’ve noticed that Irarely catch a cold or the flu, I get injured less often,I do not have any sleeping problems, I recover more           quickly from muscle soreness, and I never use medication. It helps me get to sleep faster and feel more rested.


I receive a BodyTalk session once every 2-3 weeks or more often if something specific is bothering me. I also perform the daily BodyTalk Access routine to help manage daily stressors, which has been very beneficial for me. I recommend new clients commit to three sessions to allow them to see the amazing benefits that BodyTalk can have. I am also a firm believer in follow-up maintenance sessions every 2-4 weeks – you take your car in for tune ups, you should do the same for your body!

 

In closing, the connection between the mind and the body is unfathomable.  The mind and body are in constant communication, which allows our body to function properly.  BodyTalk is an incredible and very reliable system that was designed to help facilitate, achieve and maintain all aspects of health and wellness!
