Life today is complex. Every day a new technology
break though is supposed to make life for us so much
easier. While I admit that I enjoy the luxuries of
modern living, it sure takes a lot of energy to
maintain the life I’m living. It really leaves me
wondering why I do all the things I do!
People are always asking me what they should start
doing to improve their health. They want to take a
class, join a gym, buy a product or start some
practice at home. It’s funny how we always seem to
think more is better.
This week I suggest you look at your life and think
about something you can stop doing. Many of our
activities or practices served us well at one time but
no longer hold the same significance. This week look
at eliminating something from your life.
Clearing clutter from your home makes room for new
items or makes it easier to move around. Clearing
clutter from your life creates space for new
possibilities and opportunities that would not have
presented themselves otherwise. Want some help?
