Cancellation Policy

Filosofi requires 12 hours notice for cancellation of appointments.  A 100% cancellation fee will be charged to clients who cancel their appointment with less than 12 hours notice or who miss their appointment.

For appointments booked on the same day please be aware that the cancellation policy is immediately in effect.

Payment Policy

Appointments booked online will require a credit card to secure your appointment.  We accept VISA and Mastercard.

Payment is due at the time of service.  You may choose to have your account settled on the credit card you provided or pay with cash, cheque or debit at that time.

Appointments that are cancelled with less than 12 hours notice or missed appointments will be charged to your credit card.

Receipts

We will provide you with a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company upon completion of your massage.

New Clients

New clients will be required to complete a health history to better serve your needs.  You may download and complete the form now, or arrive a few minutes early and we'll provide it to you then.
