Cancellation Policy

          Please note that any appointments cancelled without 12 hours notice will be subject to an administration fee equal to the cost of the missed appointment.

Arrival

         Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.  New clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to their treatment time in order to fill out new client forms. 

        Clients arriving last should expect their appointment to end as scheduled.  Appointments will not be extended.

NSF Fees

          There will be a $25 charge for all NSF transactions.

Payments

          We accept Debit, Master Card, Visa, cheques or cash.  Insurance receipts are provided for Massage Therapy and Chiropractic services.  Gift Certificates are available for all services.
