Oatmeal Apple Pie Snack

Servings: as many as you like

 

Ingredients:

 

naturally flavoured vanilla yogurt

unsweetened applesauce

dry oats (quick oats are the best)

cinnamon

 

Directions:

 

1. Combine equal parts of the ingredients in a 2 cup Ziploc screwtop container. Top off with cinnamon to taste.

 

2.  This is best prepared the night before so that the oats have time to soften.
