Last Saturday I had the pleasure of attending a Clear Day rather than working them as I usually do. Alright, that’s not entirely true as I presented the first workshop of the three workshops during the day. I lead an English group and a French group through Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) Exercises. Still, I did get to jump in and join the group for the three entrainments and the other two workshops.

Drs. Pierre Bernier and Christine Bourque practice Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) in Gatineau, Quebec. They are the source for training in NSA in Canada and are on the leading edge of this continually evolving wellness technique. It is a real privilege to get to attend their Clear Day and a true honour to be asked to do a workshop for them.

Attending this Clear Day has had some major benefits for me. First, I got to let myself be cared for rather than caring for everyone else. Second, I got to connect with the entire group by leading them through the SRI Workshop (and I got to practice my French). Third, I got to observe and learn from two of the best practitioners in the world. And the amount I learned from those two is phenomenal. Fourth, I got four entrainments instead of three for being a workshop presenter!

I started the day with an entrainment by Christine when I arrived to get me in top shape for my workshop. Then Pierre and Christine did their introduction which explained the process of the Clear Day in such a clear and novel way that I think I’ll be using it for my Clear Day. After the Introduction, the English group got entrained with Pierre and Christine while the French group came with me to learn about and practice the discovery stages, stages 1 and 2 of The 12 Stages of Healing.

When the English group finished their entrainments, the groups switched places and I did my workshop in English. Energized by the achievement of having done this workshop and happy to be free of responsibility for the rest of the day, I jumped into the English group and enjoyed the experience as a regular participant.

The energy in the room was very powerful. Before the second entrainment, Pierre had the group do Stage 4 where you take back power that you gave away. This set the tone for the second entrainment and the energy supported people in an empowering way.

The third entrainment started with Stage 8; Emptiness, which allows the space within you for filling yourself with something new. The field in the room shifted to a very light, powerful and sacred energy which enabled people to enter a state of grace.

The way this day flowed from start to finish was beautiful and the rhythm and energy carried the group and supported it through the day. The peaceful looks of the people leaving displayed the success of the day.

On top of all that I gained from participating in a Clear Day, I also got ideas of how to make my Clear Day on November 25th a more powerful day for the participants. Also, if that was not enough, I will be working at another Clear Day in New Hampshire on November 11th with another incredible Network Practitioner. Dr. Debbie Ayer will in fact be coming up to help entrain at my Clear Day.
