Valentine's Day is about love.
It is not just a romantic holiday. It is a celebration
of all forms of love. The kind of love I want you to
address this year is gratitude.
Your Assignment:
Step 1: Think of a person who inspires you.
Someone who is a positive influence in your life.
Someone you are thankful for.
Step 2: Write them a letter expressing this gratitude
and love.
Step 3: Ask yourself when was the last time you
told them these words of gratitude?
Step 4: Give them the letter. Tell them how much
you appreciate them!!!!! It's Valentine's Day after
all.

| Pura Vida - Dr Paul is back from Costa Rica |

Pura Vida! That’s what they say in Costa Rica when
asked how they are doing. It means pure life. Isn’t
that amazing? We usually say “pretty good, not bad
or alright.” Well I have to say that my vacation was
pure life! I got to appreciate all I do to support my
life by just living and not doing anything else.
Two weeks away from the office was a big deal for
me. I am not used to going away without taking a
course or doing something business related. This
really gave me a perspective on how I’m living my
life. I had lots of time to think, be still and just be.
Of course I did not always do nothing but I sure
enjoyed consciously being totally unoccupied for
about a week. In week two I went kayaking in the
mangrove swamp and saw wildlife including monkeys.
I went on a canopy tour of the rainforest where we
were rigged to zip lines and flew over the tree tops.
Best of all I took a surfing lesson and rode waves for
three hours.
Now that I’m home (and I am glad to be back) my
system is more relaxed and my perspective of my life
is fresh. Today I’m off to my Network Practitioner for
a double entrainment. I want to anchor this relaxed
state into my nervous system and teach my body
that this is normal. I can hardly wait as I have not
been entrained in three weeks!
