Last Newsletter I talked about how the gateway is the interface between how you perceive the world and how you perceive yourself. The gateway is an energetic location on your spine where you detect and interpret energy in yourself and in the environment. It is the transition point between something that is just happening externally and the meaning you attach to it internally.

At a time like Christmas, think of all the different meanings people attach to the Holidays. The situation externally is the fact that it happens every year. Our culture strongly suggests spending lots of money, visiting everyone you know and are remotely related to and going to and hosting more parties than you can handle. Internally the holidays have a different meaning to everyone.

For some the meaning they attach is one of joy in spending time with people they love. Others see it as a time of obligation and seeing people they don’t care much for. Either way, the meaning is a label you have attached based on past experience. The holidays on their own really don’t have any meaning until you attach one based on experience, beliefs and values.

So if your gateways are taking in all the crazy energy of this season and you don’t like the meaning that is coming up, focus your attention on the meaning you’ve attached to it. Why do you choose this meaning? If you get to decide the meaning, what would you like it to be?

Network entrainments help develop your gateways and help you change your perception internally so it is more supportive to you. They help you gain awareness of the tension you create in your body due to your interpretations of your environment. You get to remove the physical anchors to automatic responses from your body. Best of all you get to rewrite the meaning of the energy of the holidays so they are always enjoyable!

I joined Filosofi early March 2005, so, as I see it - that's really when the fun began. My postcard collection, theme days, clear day experiences, and all of your love and friendship have made my experience this year a fantastic one.

This year, Dr Paul has travelled quite a bit. He's been to Colorado, New Hamsphire, Georgia, and even Italy for professional training (and for a little fun too). And he plans on continuing his travel in 2006 by going to Costa Rica for two weeks.

But, he is not the only who has travelled. We have received over 70 postcards since March. I am impressed by all of the adventurous spirits out there. Postcards from North America, the Carribean, Africa, and Europe. Thanks guys!

Theme Days were invented for those of us, like myself, who haven't been as fortunate to travel as often this year. Via theme days, we've been to Hawaii, Mexico, Brazil, Greece, Italy, Venezuela, France, and Belgium. I don't think anyone enjoyed these days as much as me. Thank you for allowing me to do this.

I can't write a year long wrap and not talk about the Clear Days. Clear Days have changed my life. This year we hosted two. They were incredible and that's because of everyone who participated. Thanks for that too.

You are a great bunch of people. Thank you for all of your support and friendship.
